Edelweiss Dunkel is a dark wheat beer, which is brewed since 1475 in the federal state of Salzburg.
I have experienced Edelweiss Dunkel as a refreshing beer with a too mild character. There was a slight roasting flavour. I would say Edelweiss Dunkel is a good beer for people with the sensitive taste, who avoid distinct beers.
Edelweiss Dunkel is quite okay, but it cannot reach the lovely brew of "Edelweiss Naturtrüb".
