Frastanzer BeerFrastanzer Beer comes from the westernmost state of Austria Vorarlberg. The official founding date was the 22th July 1902.
I bought Frastanzer beer during my holiday in Tirol. The drink is very
popular in the western provinces of Austria (Vorarlberg and Tirol) and
Switzerland, but quite unknown in the rest of Austria.
Frastanzer Beer exudes a lovely aroma by opening the bottle, but the
first gulp was not such an exciting event for me. The beer tastes a
hair too bitter for me. Either I could not taste the same beer wort on
my tongue, which I have experienced in my nose when opening the bottle.
The Frastanzer Beer is not a bad one, but I know better ones.
