Schlägl BeerSchlägl Beer exists since 1580. The beer was originally brewed by monks of the monastery in Schlägl.
The cathedral chapter brewery Schlägl claims to brew a light,
full-flavoured with an harmonic bitterness of the hope of the Upper
Austrian province Mühlviertel.
Actually the beer takes getting used to it. It's true the Schlägl Beer
has its own unique taste. But I would say it's more bitter than
harmonic.
