Uttendorf Märzen Beer foams well and stays solid. There is a pleasant
sweet flavour during my first gulp, and a slight herb taste in the
finish.
I would say Uttendorf is a inconspicuous beer. It's average with slight
tendences to a good beer. Althought it has no outstanding
characteristic, Uttendorf tastes neat and cultivated.
